I agree with this. The way I explain the concept of funnels to people is that it’s a framework designed to help them get started. A lot of people (esp where i cam from) don’t even know what a funnel is. So it’s like a shortcut for them. That there’s a “process to convert them from unknown people, to your site’s visitors, leads, then eventually to a customer.
1:1 relationships is the way to go. I strongly believe in that. Esp if the product is not a simple item that doesn’t need “thinking”
I think that part is what other marketers fail to communicate.
